the story.

Do you have what it takes to make it across Europe using only Red Bull as currency? We wanted to see the students who could rise to the challenge and prove they could make it.

Throughout their journey, Red Bull was traded for anything from flights to sleeping bags, doner kebabs to train tickets, or even a night out in the biggest club in Germany. Checkpoints were scattered all over Europe where teams would complete challenges to earn additional cans to trade and continue their journey. Competitors had 7 days to get from 1-of-4 starting locations to Berlin, Germany.

100 teams of 3 hitch-hiked, walked, hiked, sledded, biked, flew, swam, drank a few Red Bulls and more across Europe and all successfully made it to the finish line.

Worked as the East Business Unit (EABU) Field Marketing Specialist Project Lead during the application, voting and event phases.

Liaised directly with Red Bull North America HQ on roll-out of information to field staff, goal setting, strategy for got-to-market roll-out. Developed best practices for recruitment & activation of teams in collegiate markets, led local discussions on marketing tactics and support throughout event execution.
